QtPlatz 3.14

  1. Quantitative Analysis for chromatogram from profile waveform and counting histogram

QtPlatz 3.1

  1. Two major changes on Version 3.1 since 2.0 and previous are;
    • Quantitiative Analysis with Report Generation feature added
    • Moved on to "Qt Creater" 3.2.28, which is distributed with Qt5 from Digia.
  2. Quantitative Analysis
    • Newly added "Quan" plugin module supports quantitative analysis feature;
    • Currenlty no chromatography oriented qunantiative functions are tested/implemented.
    • Batch processing of selected data file
    • Baseline collecting post data averageing with lock mass on the fly
    • Support infusion/direct inlet sample spectra
    • Generate XML based report with XSL Stylesheet processor that create professional report quickly

QtPlatz 2.8rc1 Release candidate -- 4 Aug. 2014

  1. Add new plugin named 'Quan' that is responsible for Quantitative analysis.
    1. Chrmatographic process parameters are exist, but not implemented yet
    2. Infusion and/or direct sample introduction spectra can be automatically processed for
      1. Co-add all spectra (exclude 1st spectrum on each acqusition replicates)
      2. Automatically lookup lock mass reference, and run lock mass
      3. Identify molecles based on 'Compound' Table with given mass window
      4. Make calibration curve for each Compound from samples marked as STD
      5. Calculated estimated amounts in a sample marked as UNK
    3. TODO
      1. Internal standard method to be implemented
      2. Calibration curve should be displaied as a plot, and interactive 'outlier' capability
      3. Report generation

QtPlatz 2.7.8 Release note -- 6 July 2014

  1. Mass spectral peak (a.k.a. centroid) area/height calculation parameter allows to choose from following;
    1. Intensity x mDa
    2. Intensity x ns (for time-of-flight and/or any spectrum which has equal spaced sampling interval)
    3. Sampling interval (equivalent to simple add hight of each data point above half-height threshold level, however, left and right trapesiums were added from own fraction)
    4. Width normalized -- It is normalized (divided) by width for answer from 3 described above.
  2. Simple mass peak quantitative analysis table added on Dataproc view

QtPltaz 2.7.2 Release note -- 15 May 2014

  1. Mass spectral peak area algorithm changed: It used be calcuate full peak area that is in range of peak start point to peak end point.  However it will affected from small difference of baseline level determined during peak detection algorithm, it has changed to use fractional range of peak according to peak half hight widkth.  It is exactly same algorithm with chromatographic intensity calculation.

QtPlatz 2.7.1 Release note -- 11 May 2014

  1. Background spectrum subtraction function added
  2. Mass peak intensity is added on peak list.

Background subtraction function:

How to use:  Open datafile(s) that contains target spectrum and background spectrum.  Make sure both target and background spectra are acquired exactly same condition for number of average, start delay and length of spectrum.  Select your target spectrum on spectrum view pane by clicking node on Navigator, and then mouse right click on background spectrum node on Navigator, select "Subtract background '<name>' from '<spectrum-name>'.   Background subtracted spectrum will be added under neath of background spectrum.

Note: As long as both spectra were acqureid exactly same condition, multi-segments spectra acquired by InfiTOF can be managed.
